Cancellation
Free cancellation: you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full amount of the booking is payable.
Prepayment
Prepayment conditions vary depending on the type of room. Please check the conditions that apply to each option when making your choice.
Children and beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 13 and over are considered adults at our property.
To see the prices and details for your group, please add the number of children travelling with you and their ages to your search.

Supplements are not automatically included in the total amount of the online booking and must be paid separately, directly at the property.
The maximum number of extra beds and cots depends on the room you choose. Please check its maximum occupancy. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
Payment
Ardennes Woods reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount on your card before your arrival.
House rules
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Guests are asked to avoid noise between 9 pm and 9 am.
- Pets are not allowed.
Personal data
We take care to protect personal data. All the information you give us is used only for your stay and our communication with you. It is never disclosed to third parties or sold.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data and to object to its processing. You can exercise this right at any time by email at knophil@msn.com.
Contact form
The details you enter in the contact form (name, email, phone, dates, message) are sent to us by email so we can reply to your request. They are not stored on the website, except if sending the email fails: the message is then kept on the server, in a protected folder, until we have read it.
Online booking
Online bookings are managed by our partner Cubilis, which processes your booking and payment details under its own privacy policy.
Website security
Our website is protected by SSL: the data you send is encrypted and cannot be intercepted.
Data transfers
We do not sell or transfer your data to any person or company. Your data stays in our own records and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Website protection (Cloudflare)
The website is protected by Cloudflare, which filters out attacks and robots. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical information about your browser. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is filled in by a person and not a robot.
Cookies and statistics
The website itself uses no cookies and no visitor statistics tools. Cloudflare may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the website’s security.
Fonts are hosted on the website itself. The video (Vimeo) and the Google Street View virtual tour only load if you click on them; those services may then set their own cookies.
